  • The product includes all original packaging, certificates, and tags.

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
